Orders Already Processed or Shipped
If an order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, the order may instead be subject to our 7-Day Refund & Returns Policy after delivery, where applicable.
If the parcel is already with the courier, simply refuse delivery at your door or contact support to schedule a return pickup once delivered.
