Welcome to StopnCart. By accessing or using StopnCart.com, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

- We aim to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing accurate.
- Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings or supplier-provided imagery.
- We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information when necessary.

Prices & Payments
- Prices and applicable charges are displayed on the website or checkout.
- An order may require successful payment authorization before it is accepted for fulfillment.

Order Acceptance
- Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. StopnCart may cancel or decline an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other legitimate operational reasons.
- Where an accepted payment has been taken for an order StopnCart cannot fulfill, an applicable refund will be issued.

Cancellation & Returns
- Orders may be cancelled within 3 calendar days from the date of order, subject to our Order Cancellation Policy.
- Eligible products may be returned within 7 calendar days from delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping
- Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, supplier processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property
- The StopnCart name, branding, logos, website content, graphics, text, software, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, StopnCart will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
